Delivery Time and Costs for EU Countries

We ship to all EU countries from European warehouses, ensuring fast and efficient delivery. Most orders are delivered within 2-7 working days, with delivery to Scandinavia and the Baltic States taking 2-5 working days. Most orders are delivered via DPD and their local partners. We are working on expanding delivery options in your countries. Orders placed by 23:59 (GMT +3) are shipped the next business day, except for some custom-made products.

Price does not include VAT.

Most orders are shipped to pickup points and parcel lockers. In areas without pickup points, we use door-to-door delivery.

Currently, shipping to Germany is available for a reduced price of €6.99.

What is the Return Policy?

We gladly accept returns, and customers can return items directly to us. However, please note that we can only accept returns if:

• The item is returned within 30 days from the original order date.
• The item is unused, undamaged, and has all original labels.
• The item is not a custom order.

We take pride in the high quality of our products, which is why returns are much fewer than in typical stores. For example, only about 1% of our backpacks are returned.
