- Information technology support companies, to ensure the operation and development of Outback websites and other IT solutions;
- Payment service providers.

When does Outback disclose customer data?

What is a third party?
A third party is a natural or legal person who is not a customer or customer data processor.
Where is customer data processed?
Customer data is usually processed within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EU / EEA). However, in some cases, data may be transferred and processed in countries outside the EU / EEA.
The transfer and processing of customer data outside the EU / EEA may occur if there is a legal basis, such as compliance with legal obligations or customer consent, and adequate protection measures are ensured.
Adequate protection measures include:
- An existing contract containing the standard contractual clauses created by the EU;
- A sufficient level of data protection in the non-EU / EEA country where the recipient is located, as determined by the European Commission;
- The recipient is certified under the Privacy Shield (applicable to recipients in the USA).
Upon request, the customer will receive more detailed information about the transfer of customer data to countries outside the EU / EEA.
How does Outback use customer data in offering services?
Outback may send offers and surveys from Outback to its customers.
Outback may process customer data to improve the digital service user experience, such as customizing service displays based on the device being used and creating personalized offers for the customer. Such marketing activities may be based on how the customer uses the services.
What are the customer’s rights?
The customer has the following rights related to the processing of their customer data:
- To request the correction of their customer data if it is insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect;
- To object to the processing of their customer data if the processing is based on legitimate interest, including profiling for direct marketing purposes (e.g., receiving marketing offers or participating in surveys);
- To request the deletion of their customer data, for example, if it is processed with the customer's consent and the customer has withdrawn their consent. This right does not apply if the deletion of customer data also prevents the processing of the data for other legal bases, such as contract performance;
- To restrict the processing of their customer data, based on applicable law, for example, when Outback is evaluating whether the customer has the right to delete their data;
- To obtain information about whether Outback processes their customer data and, if so, to access the aforementioned data.
