Return Policy

We understand that returns are a natural part of commerce. Fortunately, our products have exceptionally low return rates. For example, footwear, which has the highest return and exchange rate in the industry, is significantly lower than the industry standard with us—around 10%. In all other product categories, our return rate is under 5%, with most being under 1%. We are fully prepared to offer you a smooth and easy return or exchange process.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns, and customers can return items directly to us. However, please note that we can only accept returns if:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and has all original labels.
  • The item is not a custom order.

Return and Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days.
